I have been hung up on 3 times, wait times on hold are over an hour, and nobody has any clear information about your claim.
They will never contact you, you are the one who has to call them about anything regarding your claims.

I have been trying to get through to QBE for a month now and can not get through. I have sat on hold for over 4 hours and still not been answered. I have sent multiple emails over weeks and had no response at all. After this experience I will be sure to advise people not to use QBE. I’m driving around an unsafe vehicle almost a month after the accident due to QBE not getting back to me or answering their phones or emails. Never experienced something so difficult in my life. Next step is looking like I will have to seek legal action unfortunately. What a stressful/ difficult experience. Absolutely disgusting.
- Shane Added March 19, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't get sucked in to there back door deals. There claims centre tell you information that's wrong and force you to use contractors and do things you don't want to and say they will cancel ya insurance if you don't.
- Hanbing Su Added March 19, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible service, on hold for 2 hours！！！Their client hit my rear and got mine write off, but they showed negative attitude and try to keep me waiting. I give up at the end, then go through my own insurance and have to take a part of losses. Don't bother with QBE!
- Ty Nguyen Added March 03, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They took 2 months to fix my car. while it's not my fault (one person hit my car). and I have to talk to a lot of their employees, they don't know the story of my car, and I have to tell about my car every time I talk. and they often lose connection when i complain about their delay. they only know how to take money from customers and handle it unprofessionally.
