A perfect example of what a dealership experience / car buying experience / servicing experiences should be EVERYWHERE!
The car we purchased was cared for by Johns company for 3-4 years - Given the cars like new it proves there are decent shops around.
For all Mercedes needs this is the garage / shop to visit.
Customer service was spectacular - John went above and beyond to help us out with everything from start to finish and wasn't a creep like most car places.
