- Vanessza Valkó Added August 06, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The owner of the building had a really unpleasant vibe. Was making faces ( rolling eyes) and had a negative attitude towards everything. She said we could use the visitor parking overnight, then she said ( later when we arrived) only after 5pm then she changed to 8pm till 7am. Nothing she said was costistance and had a feeling she was trying to rip us off. The place has a really good location but would rather find an other one a little bit further from the CBD.

- Eva Logan Added July 25, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst looking for a permanent rental. The place was the absolute pits. I stayed in 2 different apartments during my stay and they were both filthy. Like deep down unclean. The pillows on the beds stunk of dirty hair and the sheets were soft and stained like they hadn't been washed in a while. I had to go out and buy my own sheets as I couldn't face speaking to Suzhen the Manager of the property as she is a complete nightmare. I also witnessed on many occasions a woman in the lift going downstairs to pick up various men from the basement carpark entrance and then escort them to her room. This would happen many times a day and she was dressed in a rather provocative manner...... if you get my drift.
