  Avoid using this company at all costs! Booked them in for a bond clean, they didn't show up on the booking date. Organised for them to come at 9am the following day at they arrived at 2pm. Our property manager passed on the feedback that the bond clean was not up to standards so we called them back on their "bond back or refund policy". They then arrived 2 hours late for the second clean and again didn't complete it to standards. At this point I decided to call and email for a refund. They have been ignoring me ever since and have stolen my $550!

  A fantastic result... again. Yes, Optima delivered a fantastic result last year and had them back; the original outcome was no fluke. Highly recommend.

  Excellent cleaning from Jas. He was efficient and professional and did an amazing job at cleaning our oven, stove top and range hood. All were in a horrible condition prior, I actually was not expecting such fantastic results. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Would definitely recommend.

  Jas did an excellent job of cleaning our oven. He was most polite and got on with the job with no fuss. He did a thorough job of the oven which now sparkles!

  We used Jak to clean our oven and range hood and he performed excellent service and left them sparkling clean just like new.
  
  He was so courteous helpful and friendly and left the kitchen in a very tidy state.
