  if you enjoy a nice clean apartment this isn't for you, and if you are looking to drink nor is this your place. payed their top price for their "penthouse apartment" the apartment was not worth 360 it was disgusting and should not involve the word penthouse. surely you should at least clean it before guests stay. and as for the syringe, broken glass, cigarette butts and co2 canisters in the pool area that is a huge safety hazard. we expect a standard too. other things in this apartment included a stained wall outside which looked like spit marks, dirty fridge, pubic hair on the stove, broken curtain, unvacumed carpet and smudged glass not to mention the occasional smell of sewerage in the bathrooms. all this in your most expensive room!!

  Absolutely appalling upkeep of the entire 2 bedroom apartment. Mould, stained and dirty walls throughout, the bathrooms are the same - I wouldn't even shower in them without thongs on. Leftover personal belongings and broken furniture.
  For the price they make you pay it is definitely not worth it. Hotels and apartments are supposed to be kept at a standard of cleanliness and Quattro does not provide that. Completely disappointed and will be complaining to management.
